Terms & Conditions

Clear information about using our website and discussing a project with DigiAscent.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions cover use of digiascent.com, its articles and enquiry features. They do not replace a project proposal, statement of work or service agreement. A separately accepted written agreement governs the services and takes priority if its terms differ from this page.

2. Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, spam, malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website or misuse its forms. Provide accurate contact information so we can respond to your request.

3. Enquiries and free audits

Submitting a form or requesting a free audit does not create a paid service contract or an obligation to purchase. An audit is an initial review based on the information and access available. Its scope and delivery arrangements will be confirmed when we respond. Do not share account passwords through the enquiry form.

4. Services and project scope

DigiAscent offers digital marketing and website services. Deliverables, schedules, revisions, responsibilities and any ongoing support must be confirmed in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Additional requests or changes may require revised fees and timelines, agreed before the extra work begins.

5. Fees, third-party costs and payment

Fees, taxes, payment dates and milestones are specified in the applicable written agreement or invoice. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software subscriptions and other third-party costs should be identified separately in that agreement. Nothing on this website authorises an unagreed charge.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are set out in the accepted service agreement and remain subject to applicable law. If you need to cancel or change a project, contact us promptly so we can review its stage and the agreed terms. This website does not impose a blanket no-refund policy.

7. Client materials and access

For a project, you are responsible for supplying accurate information and materials you have permission to use. Approvals, access and feedback may affect delivery dates. Access to accounts should be shared through appropriate permissions and secure methods, with the level of access needed for the agreed work.

8. Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may link to our pages and use the website for your own information. Obtain permission before reproducing substantial content or using our branding commercially.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, source files, third-party assets and reusable tools are determined by the written project agreement. Client materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

9. Results and third-party platforms

Search visibility, advertising performance, leads and sales depend on factors such as competition, budget, website condition, audience demand and third-party platform changes. We do not promise a particular ranking, number of leads or financial return unless a specific written commitment says otherwise.

Google, Meta and other platforms control their own policies, approvals, accounts and availability. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control their content or services.

10. Articles and comments

Blog articles provide general information and may need updating as tools and practices change. Consider your own circumstances before acting. Comments may be moderated, declined or removed if they are spam, abusive, misleading or infringe rights. Do not include confidential information in a public comment.

11. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions and outdated information can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for loss caused by reliance on general website content or by third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy, changes and concerns

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these website terms; the updated date appears above. Changes to an existing service agreement require the process specified in that agreement.

Please contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it. These website terms are subject to applicable Indian law without restricting any mandatory rights or remedies available to you.
